Does a Past fit in a Box?

Just like her German mother and grandfather Mirna (35) suffers from Insomnia. Searching for the origin of her condition and 28 years after her grandfather Theo past away, she opens the obscure archive that her grandfather made for her. After opening it, she discovers his complicated life during World War II and unravels the stories her grandfather told her to deal with his past.

Does a Past fit in a Box? is an intimate and at times humorous reflection on intergenerational trauma and the role stories play in how we relate to ourselves, others and our history.
